Family Source Consultants is led by two former intended mothers through surrogacy, one of whom is CEO & Co-Founder, Staci Swiderski. How would you describe a typical day? What is your daily routine?
A typical day for me starts pretty early with my alarm set for 5:17am (17 is my favorite number). I browse through my emails, deleting anything that is irrelevant/non-important and clear any clutter from my phone. I work out usually in my home gym, alternating weights and cardio each day and then leave the house at 7:10am to bring my son to school and then head to the office straight from there. I’m typically at the office until 6/7pm.

Athletic, generous and organized
If you were not in the Surrogacy and Egg Donation field, what other career path would you have taken?
I would have loved to study law and become a high powered attorney.
If you have a free hour, what do you do with your time?
I enjoy allowing my mind to wander in a super hot bubble bath.
What’s on your music playlist? What inspires you?
I typically play Pandora and leave the “Love Songs” station on during the day; while working out I turn on “Pop and Hip Hop”.
What is your guilty pleasure?
Definitely watching Shark Tank or The Profit with a HUGE bowl of buttery popcorn and Diet Coke!
Food you can’t live without?
I would have to say pasta!
