Meet Egg Donor Y!

“I loved my journey with Family Source Consultants. They were so attentive and caring the entire way. Lots of praise to my [egg donor] coordinator! She was amazing! I’m looking forward to working on more journeys together.”

Q. What led you to become an Egg Donor?

I wanted to become an egg donor because I had previously had a miscarriage. It led me to think of all the women and men who are unable to get pregnant and have the family of their dreams. Infertility is heartbreaking and I wanted to help a family have their dreams come true.

Q. Who offered the most support throughout your journey?

My largest support person was my father. He encouraged me throughout my whole journey.

Q. What made you decide to be closed/semi-open/open with your intended parents?

I decided to do a closed donation because I wanted to do a donation that was most comfortable for the intended parents.

Q. Do you have any advice for women who are interested in becoming an Egg Donor?

My best advice would be to do research and to understand the responsibility on your hands. The main objective is to help a family and that is what comes first.
