Q. What led you to become an Egg Donor?
The reason I chose to donate my eggs first and foremost is because I am a mother. The overwhelming joy I felt when I held my children for the first time is indescribable. The unconditional love of a child is like no other. As a two time surrogate also I have seen so many couples just longing to be parents. The struggles of infertility are tough. This experience has come full circle for me.

Q. Who was your largest support person(s) throughout your journey?
My husband is my biggest cheerleader. We share the same heartfelt need to help wherever we can.

Q. What made you decide to be closed/semi-open/open with your Intended Parents?
I chose to donate anonymously for the sole purpose of closure. I can close this chapter of my life and let the intended parents move on with theirs.

Q. Do you have advice for women who are interested in becoming an Egg Donor?
Do your research. Ask questions. There is no dumb question! Family Source Consultants made this experience for me amazing. The guidance they provide their donors is exceptional. I am so glad I chose them to represent me through this process.

Q. Is there anything else you’d like to share about your experience?
Adriana, my coordinator from FSC has been nothing short of great. Every question or need was met during my egg donor journey. She was always accessible whenever I needed her.

Staci Swiderski, CEO and owner of Family Source Consultants, has been a prominent leader in reproductive medicine for over two decades. Through her strategic vision and dedication, she has developed Family Source Consultants into a globally recognized agency specializing in comprehensive egg donation and gestational surrogacy services. Under Staci’s leadership, the agency has become a trusted partner for intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors worldwide, known for its rigorous standards, compassionate support, and commitment to excellence in third-party reproduction.

Her professional insight is uniquely informed by her own family-building experiences. As an intended parent, Staci welcomed her son via gestational surrogacy in 2005, and as a known egg donor, she assisted an infertile couple in expanding their family. These experiences lend a rare depth to her leadership and have fueled her ongoing dedication to ethical, empathetic, and professional support within the field of reproductive medicine.
