Hello! My name is E! I’m a 25 year old mommy of two beautiful boys! I would like to share my first experience being an egg donor as it was one of the most fulfilling experiences!
I have worked in childcare since 2008, in which I have met many families from all around the world. Although experiencing motherhood over the past 7 years has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my life and makes me want to give the gift of being a mommy to other women it really hit me when I met a couple at the first childcare center I worked at… I was pregnant with my oldest at the time and they were looking at the center for their twin girls that were due within a week or so. I was curious of the process and they were open to talking with me about their personal experience with finding a sperm donor so they could each carry at some point in their relationship.
The process of it all was such a beautiful thing to me and opened my eyes to so many more situations people go through in trying to complete their families with little ones. After following my sister in 6 successful egg donations I decided I wanted to help people in the same way. Seeing the joy and happiness it brought her knowing she had helped someone bring such a special gift into this world I wanted to do the same!
After the procedure was when it really sunk in and I was overwhelmed with emotion and joy. It has been a wonderful experience and I’m so proud of myself for helping this couple bring the best gift of life into theirs!
