FSC is a premier surrogacy and egg donor agency headquartered in Chicago that matches and facilitates Gestational Surrogacy and Egg Donation arrangements in the United States and internationally. We seek a detail-oriented, self-driven Case Coordinator to work closely with Intended Parents, Surrogates, and Egg Donors throughout their family-building journey to ensure they have a positive, supportive, and successful experience.

Applicants must be self-motivated, efficient with their time, organized, compassionate, resourceful, and diplomatic. Whether personal or professional, surrogacy, Egg Donation, or IVF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate surrogacy and/or egg donation journeys, providing ongoing support throughout their family-building experience.
  • Practices within the highest ethics and standards, maintaining the confidentiality of client information and abiding by applicable standards and security policies.
  • Organize and retain files, both electronic and hard copy, and handle administrative duties
  • Work closely with family-building partners, i.e., attorneys, fertility centers, and escrow management, ensuring the journey is well supported and progressing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Bilingual

We are currently seeking a dedicated Match Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, compassionate, resourceful, and diplomatic, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience in third-party reproduction or IVF—whether personal or professional—is preferred. This role requires occasional evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide intended parents through the surrogacy matching process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Surrogate Intake Team to assess and onboard surrogate candidates.
  • Facilitate and oversee match meetings between surrogates and intended parents.
  • Uphold the highest ethical and confidentiality standards in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify the most suitable surrogates for intended parents.
  • Maintain precise records and ensure clear, transparent communication between intended parents, surrogates, and the Case Management team following a match.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Ability to support intended parents through sensitive conversations, reinforcing the importance of matching criteria.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to foster positive connections with intended parents and surrogates.
  • Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards.
